The sequel of the DC movie ‘Aquaman’ (2018) named as ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’ is already in the making and the lead actor Jason Momoa unveiled the first look of the film himself. He shared two pictures in a slide on his Instagram handle.
The first picture was Jason in an original green and orange costume while the second picture has a darker costume of Aquaman and he wrote in the caption, “Second round. New suit. More action. #aquaman Aloha j.” Jason is currently in London filming the sequel.
Directed by James Wan, the film will also star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson and others. Talking about the film, James said, “Aquaman 2’ is very heavily inspired by ‘Planet of the Vampires’ (1965) directed by Mario Bava. You can take the boy out of horror, but you can never take the horror out of the boy.”
The sequel was announced a month after the release of ‘Aquaman’ (2018) and will be releasing on 16th December 2022 in India.
