Remember those times when Himesh Reshammiya’s songs and Udita Goswami’s bold performances used to go hand-in-hand? From making her debut in ‘Paap’ (2003) opposite John Abraham, Udita featured in a series of film like ‘Zeher’ (2005), ‘Aksar’ (2006), ‘Dil Diya Hai’ (2007), ‘Aggar’ (2007), ‘Apartment’ (2010) and many more.
She also appeared with Upen Patel in Ahmed Khan’s music video for the remix of “Kya Khoob Lagti Ho” in 2004.
Back then, Udita was one of the most celebrated actresses in Bollywood. Any bold, thriller or suspense films, she used to be the first choice for directors and producers. After the release of ‘Aksar’, Emraan Hashmi, Udita Goswami and Dino Morea, the trio became a superhit jodi. Fans were crazy to watch them more.
Himesh Reshammiya’s famous songs featuring Udita Goswami such as “Jhalak Dikhlaja”, “Soniye”, “Loot Jayenge” and “Laagi Laagi” are still fresh in our minds. Her bold dance moves with seductive eyes were a classic combination of heroines in early 2000s era.
But after her marriage with popular director Mohit Suri in 2013, Udita shockingly left Bollywood and dedicated all her time to her family. Mohit Suri’s last film was ‘Ek Villain Returns’ (2022). The film stars John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria. It is a sequel to ‘Ek Villain’ (2014).
After being a mother to a beautiful daughter and a son, she composes music and focuses on her career as a DJ.
The ‘Paap’ actress was last seen in ‘Dairy Of A Butterfly’ (2012) and she was recently spotted at a YouTube launch event. Vandana Sajnani Khatter and Rajesh Khatter have celebrated their son, Yuvaan Vanraj Khatter’s birthday yesterday, where Vandana has also launched her Vandana Unfiltered YouTube Channel along with the big birthday bash.
Apart from Udita Goswami, the event saw the presence of several renowned TV personalities like Bharti Singh, Sara Khan, Debina Bonnerjee, Mahhi Vij, Soumya Tandon, Brinda Parekh, Khushi Dubey and many more.
