Aakanksha Singh started her film journey with a memorable performance in Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starred ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ (2017) as Alia’s friend Kiran. Since then, she has been missing from the Hindi film screens. But she utilised the time by making her Kannada film debut with ‘Pailwaan’ (2019), followed by her Tamil debut with ‘Clap’ (2021). And now, she is all set to take the Hindi film industry by storm again with a lot of exciting projects in her kitty.
However, before she gets to that, Aakanksha recently created waves with the gorgeous pictures from her recent mini-vacation in the Maldives. From her white casual attire for her welcome at the resort, the sizzling yellow ensemble she wore at the beach, her flowy white dress on a walk, to her bikini look over the water, Aakanksha just slayed all her looks.
And seems like apart from beautifying her social media page and her fans feed, those pictures have pulled in some professional advantages too. After her sizzling pictures went viral on social media, Aakanksha has been approached to host a travel show.
The actress’ travelogue from the Maldives has been impressive to say the least and now it looks like she might get to do it as a profession. The travel show that Aakanksha has been approached for aims to showcase and explore places where some famous Bollywood films were shot, thus catering to the travel audience and also the Bollywood buffs.
Meanwhile, Aakanksha has a line up in the offing that includes playing the role of Ajay Devgn’s wife in ‘Mayday’ which is going to release in 2022 and it also featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh. Apart from that, she also has a Telugu anthology film titled ‘Meetcute’ and she is also rumoured to be a part of Shah Rukh Khan’s next with director Atlee.
