‘Emily In Paris’ is a romantic-comedy series, which debuted on October 2, 2020 on Netflix and it’s still trending on the streaming platform. On December 22, 2021, the second season was released and since then, the series has topped the top ten list of Netflix across ninety four countries with 107.6 million hours viewed from December 22 to 26 as fans have become more enthusiastic to watch their favourite characters, Emily (Lilly Collins), Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) and Alfie’s (Lucien Laviscount) love triangle and whom Emily chooses, as the second season left the audiences in a cliffhanger.

‘Emily In Paris’ is a story about Emily Cooper, who is an ambitious girl and works as a marketing executive in Chicago. Then she unexpectedly lands a job in Paris, when her company acquires a French luxury marketing company. Emily’s task is to refurbish the French company’s social media strategy. She has never been to France before and also doesn’t know how to speak French and she embarks on a new lifestyle in Paris. She struggles to win over her office colleagues, who are not at all fond of her and the American culture. On the other hand, she is also enjoying making new friends in a new country and also navigating new romances.
‘Emily In Paris’ is produced by MTV Entertainment, Darren Star Productions and Jax Media and is directed by Darren Star.
