The much awaited love song of the year, “Tum Kya Mile”, has finally been released. The tune had left us wondering how much nostalgic it’s going to make us since the teaser of ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ released. Hence, the release of the song was hugely awaited.
From the very opening, the song video exhibits the snowy mountains, the sparkling snowfall along with the melodious tune playing in the background. We can see Alia Bhatt traveling in her car in the mountains. She seems lost in remembering some memories. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is seen walking through the snow while singing the song.
In no time, the duo is seen romancing in the forest covered with snow, at the mountain edges. There are also few dancers dancing in the background, making the scenario look heavenly. Alia Bhatt is mostly seen in vivid colourful chiffon sarees in cold snowy weather. With Ranveer, it’s the opposite as he dons heavy fur overcoats and woolen scarfs. No wonder that it reminds one of the typical ‘90s Bollywood romantic songs.
The makers’ choice of singers for “Tum Kya Mile” is undoubtedly mind blowing. Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal, their names themselves speak volumes, don’t they? The powerful rendition of the duo create such magic that the song has literally taken a huge space in our head. The rhythm, the melodious voice, the music, all in all the combination is quite alluring.
‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, directed by Karan Johar, backed by Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios, stars Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Tota Roy Chowdhury and Saswata Chatterjee. The film is coming to make us fall in love again on July 28, 2023.
