Helmed by Indra Kumar, ‘Thank God’ stars Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles with Nora Fatehi in a special appearance. According to Hindu mythology, after death one faces the court of Chitragupta and has to answer for the things he did while alive. This film is set in that court where Ajay Devgn plays Chitragupta and Sidharth Malhotra is the man who has to answer for his sins.
Sidharth Malhotra and Ajay Devgn show an amazing bond and seem to make a wonderful pairing onscreen. Rakul plays Siddharth’s love interest and seem to have done quite well too. The dialogues are interesting and keep the audience engaged. Nora Fatehi looks like a surprise packaege. Kiku Sharda, Soundarya Sharma and Vikram Kochhar will also be seen in the movie.
The trailer shows some first rate VFX and features the recreated version of the popular Sri Lankan song “Manike Mage Hithe” which went viral last year.
The movie is scheduled to release this Diwali, on October 25.
