The recent series web series on Sunny Leone’s life by Zee5 was a recognition to Sunny Leone’s struggle and achievements till date and how she has worked her way up in the industry so far. And soon after that, Sunny Leone cracked a nice deal by signing a new film which is a horror comedy genre. The title of the film is ‘Coca Cola’ and after the success of ‘Stree’ last year, this genre has found a new life in Indian cinema.
At the helm of things producing the film will be Mahindra Dhariwal, Paramdeep Singh Sandhu and Chirag Dhariwal while the film will be directed by director, Prasad Tatikeni.
The makers had locked Sunny Leone before anyone else about a month back and now they have found her parallel lead as well and it happens to be Mandana Karimi of ‘Bhaag Johnny’ (2015) and ‘Kya Kool Hai Hum 3’ (2016).
As mentioned earlier, the makers have mainly been interested in investing in this project after the success of ‘Stree’ which had a similar genre. We are yet to hear from Sunny on this but what’s interesting is that we will be seeing Sunny in a film after two long years.
Mandana spoke about signing the film and said they they both have met before in events and she is excited to work with her. She also added that it’s a different genre and something which she hasn’t done before and hence she is doing it. Mandana will be seen on the silver screen after a long hiatus.
Sunny on the other hand as last seen on Arbaaz Khan’s chat show where she was at her lively and candid best. She is all busy working down south and ‘Coca Cola’ is set to bring her back in the arena of Hindi films.
