Hollywood pop star Selena Gomez got her first break through her debut track “Tell Me Something I Don’t Know” from her album ‘Another Cinderella Story’ in 2008. She started her career as a child actor in children’s TV series ‘Barney & Friends’ (2002-2004). She got the limelight as an actor in Disney Channel’s TV series ‘Wizards Of Waverly Place’ (2007-2012).
After her first song in 2008, Selena gave one after chartbuster tracks like “Fly To Your Heart”, “Naturally”, “Nobody”, “Me & The Rhythm”, “I Can’t Get Enough”, “Wolfs”, “Come & Get It”, “Good For You”, “Love Me Like A Love Song” and many more. As of 2017, Gomez done almost seven million albums and 22 million singles and for that she received Woman Of The Year Award at Billboard in 2017. She has received several accolades such as ALMA Awards, BET Awards, Gracie Allen Awards, Kid’s Choice Awards and many more.
Apart from singing, Selena has done numerous movies and TV shows too such as ‘Princess Protection’ (2009), ‘The Suit Life On Deck’ (2008-2011), ‘Monte Carlo’ (2011), ‘Fifty Shades Of Blue’ (2012), ‘Behaving Badly’ (2014), ‘The Fundamentals Of Caring’ (2016), Only Murders In The Building’ (2021) and many more.
The 29-year-old singer recently got nominated for her first Grammy Award for her Album ‘Revelación’, which released on March 12, 2021. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Gomez said after hearing the nomination she cried like a little baby. She was very excited.
