The festive season of Durga Puja is just a month away and there have been some special prep ups lately. The auspicious occasion brings the great Durga Maa’s grace upon us, leading us to emerge victorious over our enemies. While the occasion brings an opportunity to adorn some precious jewels and gems, the mother-daughter duo, Ritabhari Chakraborty and Satarupa Sanyal are up to something bigger.
The duo has recently paired up for an ad film of a brand for the festive occasion of Durga Puja. With their previous pair-ups already, the duo is ready to amaze us with another of their traditionally-staged ad film to be released around the bright occasion. The ad film is to be directed by Satarupa herself. Satarupa Sanyal is a talented film director, producer, actress, etc., predominant in Kolkata and her skilful direction is sure to make the ad film a major highlight of the festivity.
When asked about her take on being directed by her mother, Ritabhari expressed, “It always feels special to be directed by her. It feels proud to see her do well in a role apart from her being a mother and she is far more talented than I am. She is a selfless human being and has always been the perfect director and mother for me.”
The duo has been all set to start shooting for their coming ad on 26th August, subsequently releasing the same around the celebrated occasion. We can’t wait to see the beautiful mother-daughter duo making the auspicious event a bigger one.
