Released on August 18, Marvel’s latest series, ‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’ is making quite a stir now. It consists of 9 episodes and will be ending on October 13. It’s the last series of Marvel’s Phase Four. ‘She-Hulk’ has received positive reviews with particular praise for Tatiana Maslany’s performance as She-Hulk and the lighthearted tone of the series, though it has also received heavy criticism for its visual effects.
Now it’s been reported that, American rapper, Megan Thee Stallion, has been roped in to star in the next episode of ‘She-Hulk’. The rapper’s role is not revealed by Marvel yet, but reports indicate that she will be appearing as herself in the series.
In a recent interview with The Cut, the Grammy Award-winner artist talked about how it’s exciting for her to become an actor, after being a musician for years. She shared, “When I look at them, it inspired me to take it further than just music.” Not only this, but Stallion has also divulged that her ambition is beyond acting, “I don’t feel like I’m only going to be an actress, I feel like I’m also going to be a director and I’m also going to be a producer.”
Apart from this yet-to-be-revealed role, Megan Thee Stallion was also rumoured to be appearing as fictionalized version of herself in few episodes of ‘She-Hulk’, although that’s also not confirmed yet.
