Ranbir purchases an apartment in Pali Hill for 35 cr, Sidharth also plans to buy one there

Ranbir Kapoor has reportedly purchased a sprawling apartment in Pali Hill for whopping 35 crore. Interestingly, this transaction works out to be an eye-popping 1.42 lakh per square feet which is perhaps the highest amount per square feet paid for a flat in the suburbs. 

 

According to Bombay Times, the flat is 2460 sq ft and it has two parking slots. It is located on the seventh floor of Vastu Pali Hill, a recently constructed luxury building in the upmarket residential enclave. 

 

In other news, Sidharth Malhotra is also planning to buy an apartment in Pali Hill. In an exclusive interview with Box Office India, he revealed his plan of purchasing a new home. “From Bandra, I am moving to Pali Hill, I want a home at the highest point of Pali Hill. Someone is developing a building there and they have offered me one, but bahut mehanga hai,” he said.
