Actress Mouni Roy got married to her longtime boyfriend Suraj Nambiar on the 27th of January in Gao. After solemnizing the rituals in Malayali traditions, they got dressed up for a Bengali wedding. The two-day beach wedding was a private affair and only close friends and family members attended the event. Mandira Bedi, Aashka Goradia, Meet Bros Manmeet Singh with his wife, Arjun Bijlani, Rahul from DID fame were some of the celebs who attended the event.
Suraj is from Bangalore and is an investment banker in Dubai. In the South Indian wedding, Mouni looks graceful in a white saree with red borders. Her golden jewellery and gajra complete her look. Suraj wore a beige kurta and a traditional white Mundu. Sharing the photos of the Malayali wedding Mouni wrote, “I found him at last .. Hand in hand, blessed by family &friends , We are married!!!!!!!!!!! Need your love and blessings Love, Suraj & Mouni (sic).”
In the Bengali wedding, Mouni decks up in Sabyasachi’s red lehenga. She looks stunning in a bandhgala necklace and statement maang tikka with hair in a bun. Suraj also shared the pictures from their wedding and wrote, “27.01.2022 – Married my best friend and the love of my life. Feel like the luckiest man alive.”
Their wedding looks nothing less than a fairytale.
