Mahesh Manjrekar underwent a surgery for urinary bladder cancer. He was admitted to Mumbai’s H.N.Relience Hospital and had his surgery done around ten days ago. According to few reports, his surgery went well and now he is currently at home and resting.
Mahesh Manjrekar is best known for ‘Kaante’ (2002), ‘Zindaa’ (2006), ‘Wanted’ (2009), ‘Dabangg’ (2010) and many more. He is also known for his role in Danny Boyle’s Oscar winning film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ (2009). He is currently all set to direct his upcoming film ‘Antim: The Final Truth’, which is produced by Salman Khan and it features Salman Khan and his brother-in-law Ayush Sharma. It is a Hindi remake of the Marathi film ‘Mulshi Pattern’ (2018).
On his birthday, 16Th August he has announced another directorial film ‘White’ on Twitter and it is produced by Sandeep Singh and Raaj Shaandilyaa.
