‘Finding Anamika’ is an upcoming TV web series directed by Sri Rao, Karishma Kohli and Bejoy Nambair. It’s a story about a female superstar named, Anamika Anand, who suddenly disappears without any trace and her family and police investigate the case and then a lot of hidden secrets come out from her life.
The series stars Madhuri Dixit Nene, Sanjay Kapoor, Manav Kaul, Lakshvir Saran, Suhasini Mulay and Muskkaan Jaferi. It is produced by Karan Johar of Dharma Productions and Dharmatic Entertainments. The release date is not announced yet but it will probably release in the end of this year on Netflix.
Yesterday, Netflix has released the teaser of the web series, where we can see Madhuri Dixit Nene is waving to her fans and paparazzi on an award show with Sanjay Kapoor and someone asks her in background, “What is it like being Anamika Anand?” and for that she replies, “It’s nice. Honestly, even after all these years I still can’t believe it’s true. This life. I feel very blessed. Touch wood. ‘Kisiki Nazar Na Lage’ (May nobody cast an evil eye).”
Madhuri Dixit Nene has shared the teaser video on her Instagram yesterday and wrote, “Kya aap taiyaar ho Anamika se milne ke liye? #FindingAnamika, coming soon on Netflix!”
