Last year, on his 70th birthday, Russell’s partner, Goldie Hawn wished him in a very special way. She posted a funny old video clip from an award show with Kurt, where she is explaining that how much they are close to each other as companions, as co-stars and also as a couple and in a funny way, Russell replied to her that one thing they are not and that’s being married.
She wrote a heart-warming note in the caption wishing him, “Happy birthday baby! What a wild ride. No, we never got married but one thing that continues to grow is our love. You’re a wild one, brilliant, loveable, childlike, perfectly maddening, a father supreme and funny! I can’t imagine my life without you at any age, Kurt Russell. You’re the catch. And you’re all mine.” The video garnered more than six lakh likes on Instagram. As Russell is not a social media person, fans had flooded wishing him in the comments with much love in Goldie’s post.
