Sajid Nadiadwala’s production ‘Heropanti’ (2014) completed nine years of release yesterday. The romantic action drama opened with mixed reviews from the critics but performed well in B and C centers. It was well received by the audiences for its music and performances of Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon.
Along with ‘Heropanti’, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon also celebrate their ninth year in the industry as they started their career with the Sabbir Khan directed film. Tiger has established himself as a major action star in the industry over the years, while Kriti, too, made her mark with her performance and choices.
‘Heropanti’, directed by Sabbir Khan, was the official remake of Allu Arjun-starrer ‘Parugu’ (2008). Tiger Shroff expressed gratitude on social media and wrote, “Blessed to have been accepted by all of you 9 years ago hope I can continue to entertain you all through this genre for as long as poss. Forever grateful to my mentor #sajidnadiadwala and my amazing director and my most beautiful costar @wardakhannadiadwala @sabbir24x7 @kritisanon”.
