Keanu Reeves has never failed to impress us in any character. Whether it’s sci-fi epics or charming rom-coms or diverting comedies or thrilling actioners, Reeves has done it all.
The actor has recently lent his voice for Bruce Wayne aka Batman in the animated film, ‘DC League Of Super-Pets’, which had its World Premiere at Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 13. Seems like Keanu eagerly wants to join the superhero squad and not any superhero, but the darkest of all, Batman, in a live-action film.
While speaking to Extra’s Rachel Lindsay at the premiere, Reeves shared, “I love Batman as a character and I love him in the comic books, the films, so to get the opportunity to voice and to play Batman was awesome. It’s always been a dream. Pattinson got Batman right now, and he is doing awesome. Maybe down the road. Maybe when they need an older Batman.”
‘DC League Of Super-Pets’, starring Dwayne Johnson as Krypto, Kevin Hart as Bat-Hound, Keanu Reeves as Bruce Wayne and John Krasinski as Superman, is slated to release on August 5, 2022.
