Katrina Kaif has come up with an exciting gift for Christmas by dropping the teaser poster of her much awaited film, ‘Merry Christmas’. This is the first film where Katrina will be seen opposite South star Vijay Sethupathi. The film was announced at the beginning of 2022 by Katrina herself, shortly after her wedding with Vicky Kaushal.
While announcing the news, she had dropped a picture of herself with Vijay Sethupathi, the director Sriram Raghavan and producers Ramesh Taurani and Sanjay Routray. This is also the first time Kaif is working with the director. Sriram Raghavan’s last film was Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer ‘Andhadhun’ (2018), which had absolutely thrilled fans with its dark comedy and twists.
Hence this time, fans are quite excited about ‘Merry Christmas’ and also for Katrina as well and are hoping to get surprised with her performance.
Yesterday, Katrina took to her Instagram and dropped the teaser poster, where we can see a man and a woman’s hand, holding wine glasses, that appear to be broken after a hard cling. In the caption, Kaif wrote, “We wanted to release the film this Christmas…but there is a TWIST. See you in cinemas soon! #MerryChristmas.”
The caption has made fans going gaga over it already as they all shared their excitement and said that they can’t wait for this film to release.
