Kate Winslet has returned to acting after a long time. Last seen in ‘Mare Of Easttown’ (2021), she was busy filming for ‘Lee’, but seems like she got unlucky with this project.
According to Deadline, the ‘Titanic’ (1997) star fell off and got severely injured on the set while shooting on Sunday, September 18. Her representative had announced the news and informed that she was rushed to hospital, “Kate slipped and was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure required by the production. She is fine and will be filming soon, as planned, this week.”
Kate has been chosen for the project ‘Lee’ since 2015, where she is portraying the role of Lee Miller, who was a communicator in World War 2. The historical drama is directed by Ellen Kuras, who is also a renowned photographer. The film ‘Lee’ also stars Marion Cotillard, Jude Law, Andrea Riseborough and Josh O’Conner.
Today we got to hear that Kate is doing fine and has already returned for shooting in Croatia.
