On the dance, reality show India’s Got Talent, the hit couple of the ’90s, Govinda and Karishma Kapoor, were seen performing “U.P. Wala Thumka Lagao” from the David Dhawan directorial ‘Hero No. 1’ (1997). The yet-to-be telecasted episode has featured glimpses of their dance on its promo. The duo was invited as special guests to celebrate the silver jubilee of ‘Hero No. 1’ (1997).
They have worked in a number of hit films such as ‘Raja Babu’ (1994), ‘Saajan Chale Sasural’ (1996), ‘Coolie No. 1’ (2020), etc. In the promo, participants of the group ‘Demolition Dance Crew’ performed in the song, “U.P. Wala Thumka Lagao” and then invited the duo on stage to perform on the same song with them.
The song was sung by Sonu Nigam and the duo created the same magic as usual. The duo also performed on Govinda and Sonali Bendre’s popular “Prem Jaal Mein”. The judges Shilpa Shetty and Badshah could not hold their excitement and were extremely excited after the performance.
