The Jukebox of ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ has four songs composed by Mithoon, TanishkBagchi, Kanishk Seth, Kavita Seth, Diesby, Pozy and Vishal Shelke. The songs are already a rage among the netizens.
The album opens with the track “The Punjaabban Song”,sung by Gippy Grewal, Zahrah S Khan, TanishkBagchi and Romy. The 3-minutes-long track is a party anthem and people are loving it. The music and chorus are just fabulous. It is perfect for the wedding season. It’s energetic and the sound of dhol makes it festive. The vibes of the song will make anyone dance to its tune.
“Rangisari” is recreated by Kavita Seth and Kanishk Seth and is simply beautiful. The screenplay doesn’t land well with the song but the makers have kept the lyrics traditional and that makes the song A plus.
“Dupatta” is a recreated version of the 1994 hit Punjabi song “Dupatta Tera Satrangi Da”,composed by Atul Sharma and written by Shamsher Sandhu. Sung by Diesby and Shreya Sharma, the lyrics are changed by Diesby. The beats are engaging right from the beginning with extremely catchy music and Punjabi lyrics. The subtle voice of Diesby makes it beautiful.
“Nain Ta Heere” is by Guru Randhawa and Asees Kaur. It’s special because it’s the debut song of Vishal Shelke as a composer. Kiara Advani also sang this song for Instagram reels. It’s a romantic number with a peppy tone. The song is different from other romantic tracks. It’s upbeat and music has a pop effect.
T-Series owns the label of the tracks. The tracks are beautiful but one would expect more original numbers.
