The hit and superlative pair of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif is back once again after a small hiatus of one year. The last time they came together, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ (2017), they set the box office on fire with the collections. The movie was the sequel to ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ (2012).
But what will keep Salman and Katrina both positive is the fact that the team of ‘Bharat’ is exactly the same like ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, the director being Ali Abbas Zafar. What works as a cherry on the top is the presence of Sunil Grover. We all know how amazing and supremely talented the individual is as we have seen a lot of him in the hit comedy show, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.
In ‘Bharat’, both Salman and Katrina have a journey of about 40 years where the story starts in their 20s and ends in their 60s.
Hence naturally the look that they both will have in their 60s will be an old one. Now to make someone young and as pretty as Katrina look old yet pretty was a challenge. Hence the team roped in British makeup artiste Rebecca Butterworth and she made a few revelations. But the first one being, who is the inspiration behind Katrina’s look?
Well it’s none other than the evergreen beauty of Bollywood, Rekha. Surprised? Well we are not. If anybody in the film industry manages to look young, gorgeous and beautiful even in today’s age, it is none other than her. No wonder she is called a ‘timeless beauty’. Henceforth the inspiration behind Katrina’s old look being Rekha is probably the ideal one and given whatever we have seen so far, it looks like Rebecca has done a decent job to pull it off and make Katrina look exactly the way the character demands.
