Kashiff Khan, director of SFL Fitness company, a Mumbai based businessman has lodged an FIR against Shilpa Shetty Kundra and her husband Raj Kundra for cheating with money. The FIR was registered at Bandra police station yesterday on 13th November.
The FIR complaint alleged that Kashiff Khan was asked by Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Raj Kundra and others to invest Rs. 1.51 crore in the business and open franchises of SFL Fitness company worldwide. But after investing the money, the franchises did not transpire anywhere and when Kashiff Khan asked them to give the money back he was being threatened.
Based on this complaint, Bandra police registered the FIR against Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Raj Kundra and many others under section 420 for cheating, 120-B for criminal conspiracy, 506 for criminal intimidation and 34 for common intention.
Today Shilpa Shetty has strongly reacted on this issue and posted a paragraph on Twitter, saying that she is shocked hearing the news early in the morning and how these things are constantly effecting her career and reputation, which she made all these 28 years of her hard work and further she demands to the law of India as a proud citizen that her rights should be protected.
