Ever since the film’s announcement, there was a lot of buzz and anticipation among the audience to meet ‘Freddy’. Starring Kartik Aaryan in the lead role opposite of Alaya F, the upcoming romantic thriller is touted to be one of the most awaited projects of the year.
Interestingly, the crew has wrapped up the film and to celebrate and capture the memorable occasion, producers Balaji Motion Pictures’ Ekta Kapoor and Northern Lights Films’ Jay Shewakramani threw a wrap up party for the entire cast and crew yesterday night.
Along with the key cast members Kartik Aaryan, Alaya F, director of the film Shashanka Ghosh and many others were present at the success bash. Nisha Sareen, Tips Industries’ Ramesh Taurani with his wife Varsha Taurani, Akshay Puri and Anita Hassanandani attended the star-studded event.
Speaking about ‘Freddy’, Ekta Kapoor said, “When it is hard to bid goodbye to a set, you know that you have successfully created a world that will strike a chord with the audience. ‘Freddy’ is one of those films. There was no better way to wrap the shoot than celebrating it with the entire team. I can’t wait for everyone to see the magic that Kartik, Alaya, Shashanka and the team have created on-screen.”
While sharing his excitement, Jay Shewakramani said, “We all had a blast while shooting the film, and we wanted to finish on the same note as well. ‘Freddy’ is one of the most inspiring scripts, and the team elevated the entire project. I wanted to celebrate their hard work and passion that brought the vision alive.”
Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, ‘Freddy’ is jointly produced by Balaji Motion Pictures’ and Northern Lights Films’ marks the first collaboration between the two production houses.
