Doppelgangers, Margot Robbie and Emma Mackey’s collaboration news makes a huge splash on internet

Two Hollywood’s most emphasized doppelgangers, Margot Robbie and Emma Mackey are going to cast in together for the first time in an upcoming live-action ‘Barbie’, which is directed by Greta Gerwig. The film also stars Ryan Gosling and Will Farrell.

Margot Robbie is famous for her role as Harley Quinn in DC comic’s ‘Suicide Squad’ (2016), ‘Harley Quinn: Birds Of Prey’ (2020), ‘The Suicide Squad’ (2021) and Emma Mackey got her first break through ‘Sex Education’ since 2019 as Maeve Wiley.

Rumours of their joining together were flying around since last month and now, The Hollywood Reporter has recently broke the big news of the highly anticipated star casts and from then on, fans are super excited and going gaga over the news on social media to watch their favourite twins on-screen together.

A latest news has also added some more spices for the fans to be more eager about the film and that is, ‘Sex Education’ stars Ncuti Gawta, who played the role of Eric Effiong and Connor Swindells, who played the role of Adam Groff are also joining the cast of ‘Barbie’.

Gatwa has already revealed the news on Instagram, as he posted a picture of two chairs with his and Emma’s names written on it and wrote, “Come on Barbie, let’s go party.” Swindells has also posted the exclusive news from Deadline website on his Instagram story and wrote, “Really excited to be a part of this. Pinch me.”

So now here we got to know that the film ‘Barbie’s star-studded cast includes ‘Ghostbusters’ (2016) Kate McKinnon, ‘Shang-Chi And The Legends Of Ten Rings’ (2021) star Simu Liu and ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ (2016) star Alexandra Shipp and Hari Nef. Although their characters are not revealed yet, but we got to know that Ryan Gosling will be playing the role Ken and Will Farrell will be playing a toy company’s CEO.
