Disha Patani, who managed to leave an impression with her portrayal of Priyanka, Dhoni’s first girlfriend in ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’, recently attended a jewellery store opening in Hyderabad, when she was shocked to see over a hundred fans crowd outside the store, to catch a glimpse of her.
The crowd turned so uncontrollable that Disha ended up sustaining some bruises on her arm and back as overenthusiastic fans mobbed her as she exited the store.
Says a source, “Disha recently got her first taste of stardom when a huge crowd of people gathered outside the jewellery store to meet her. Things got a little out of hand and no one expected those many fans to crowd the place. While leaving the store to get to her car she ended up hurting herself but did not lose her cool. She is overwhelmed with the response she has received for her role in MS Dhoni and is surprised and humbled with the kind of love fans have showered on her.”
