The nation has been grappling with the second wave of coronavirus. While the cases are surging every day, many families have lost their loved ones. The financial burden only adds up to the emotional loss and struggle one is going through this pandemic. To tackle the issue and make her employees feel safe, Devita Saraf has started an empathetic initiative, #MyBossCares.

Taking to her Instagram handle, the Chairman and CEO of Vu Group informed that she would pay the cost of vaccination for her employees and their families. Devita also notified that the medical and hospitalisation expense of any employee’s corona treatment would also be taken care of by the company.

Encouraging every business leader to become “leaders in the truest sense,” the leading businesswomen urged CEOs across the nation to help their employees in such difficult times.

Talking about her campaign, Devita said, “As the business leader, we must take care of our employees during these unprecedented times. We can easily derive the medical expense from HR funds or marketing funds. Our small step can reduce the financial burden of an employee and of the government.”

“We as business leaders must take the financial burden that our team members would face, or the government would have to face. So that the government can allocate these funds to poor people who cannot afford to pay for their own medical care,” she further added.

Touted as an inspiration to every young Indian, Devita requested everyone to take the #MyBossCares initiative forward to help the nation win the battle against Covid-19.

The businesswoman is earning a lot of appreciation for her step, and people are waiting for other companies to come forward with the same cause.
