Two months ago the news of ‘Avatar’s sequel came out and it literally took the internet by storm within minutes. Ever since the trailer was released a month ago, fans were super thrilled and went gaga over it on social media. The trailer has also garnered 25 million views.
For the sequel ‘Avatar: The Way Of Water’, Kate Winslet has reunited with director, James Cameron after almost 26 years in the magnum opus ‘Titanic’ (1997). Fans are eagerly waiting for its release as it has been over a decade since the first film came out in 2009 and left everyone stunned with its blue-skinned aliens and now the news of Kate Winslet’s joining made it more exciting.
Recently the makers have unveiled the very first look of Kate Winslet on the cover of the Empire magazine’s special Avatar edition. In the picture, the actress is looking absolutely fierce with her sharp canine teeth and eyes wide open. She seems like screaming at someone with sheer anger. In the interview with Empire, Kate shared about her role and said, “She is deeply loyal and a fearless leader. She is strong. A warrior. Even in the face of grave danger, and with an unborn baby on board, she still joins her people and fights for what she holds most dear. Her family and their home.”
‘Avatar: The Way Of Water’ is currently all slated to release in theatres this December.
