The super hot action star from Hollywood, Cameron Diaz, is going to make her grand return in the industry after 4 years. Her last film was ‘Annie’ (2014) and in 2018 she declared her retirement by saying, “A peace in my sould because I was finally taking care of myself. It’s a strange thing to say, I know a lot of people won’t understand it, but it’s so intense to work at that level and be that public and put yourself out there. There’s a lot of energy coming at you at all times when you’re really visible as an actor and doing press and putting yourself out there.”
On June 29, Netflix revealed an exciting news that Cameron Diaz is now coming back to reunite with Jamie Foxx for a new project ‘Back In Action’, after almost 8 years, as the duo has previously collaborated in ‘Annie’. Diaz is widely known for her action films like ‘Charlie’s Angels’ (2000), ‘Knight And Day’ (2010) and many more. The 49-year-old actress made her debut opposite Jim Carrey in the famous film ‘The Mask’ in 1994.
The news of her return was first revealed by Jamie Foxx in a quirky way on Twitter. Jamie shared a post, showing he and Diaz are on a phone call and talking about her return. Jamie also added Tom Brady in the conversation.

Later, the OTT giant reposted Jamie’s post and captioned, “Cameron Diaz is officially un-retiring!! She will star with Jamie Foxx in a new Netflix movie — and we have an unexpected person to thank for getting her back in action.”
