At this time, when all the movies are releasing in theatres worldwide, the much-awaited musical romantic drama ‘Atrangi Re’ is gearing up for OTT release on Disney+ Hotstar on 24th December. The film has got a stellar star cast, Akshay Kumar, Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles. It is directed by Anand L. Rai and produced by T-Series, Cape Of Good Films and Colors Yellow Productions.
The trailer of ‘Atrangi Re’ released on 26th November and from then on fans are excited to watch their favourite actors together as Akshay Kumar, Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan have collaborated for the first time.
The trailer shows Sara Ali Khan fighting with the goons, who have kidnapped Dhanush and later Sara saves Dhanush from the goons and they get married in an unusual circumstance. Later we see that they want to get separated as they are totally unknown to each other and we as the audience are still curious whether they will fall in love with each other or not. It also shows a twist when Akshay Kumar mysteriously shows up and now only the release of the film can reveal his part. Danush played his part as usual with his energetic dance moves. Sara Ali Khan also tried to match him and shows a zestful performance.
Director Anand L. Rai is best known for his films like ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ (2011), ‘Raanjhanaa’ (2013) and ‘Zero’ (2018). ‘Atrangi Re’s songs are composed by the legendary singer A.R. Rahman and for that we are eagerly waiting for the music album to release soon.
