Shah Rukh Khan who delivered super success with his last release ‘Pathaan’ (2023) is gearing up hard for his next release ‘Jawan’ which marks his first collaboration with director Atlee, who will also make his Bollywood debut with the film.
As per the reports, Shah Rukh Khan will play a double role in the film and last year, the makers shot a crucial train sequence at Pune station which grabbed attention. Moreover, the entry of Vijay Sethupathi, who is playing a role of antagonist in the film, enhanced the buzz. There are also talks that Tamil star Vijay has a cameo in ‘Jawan’ and it happened after he visited the sets of the film and jammed with Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan.
Now the latest buzz in the town is that the makers of ‘Jawan’ aim to make the film the biggest event film for every segment of audience. We have learned that the makers have approached South star Allu Arjun for a pivotal appearance in the film. Things are in advanced stage and Atlee himself narrated the script of ‘Jawan’ to the ‘Pushpa’ (2021) actor. It is said that he is yet to give his nod for the film.
If things materialize and Allu Arjun agrees to come on board for the Shah Rukh Khan starrer, then it will certainly be an exciting combination to watch.
‘Jawan’ also stars Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra in pivotal roles and is slated to release on June 2, 2023.
