After a long time Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Prithviraj’s official teaser released today. The film stars Manushi Chhillar along with Akshay in the lead role, who won the Miss World 2017 pageant. She makes her debut in Bollywood through this film.
‘Prithviraj’ is an upcoming Periodic Historical epic action drama film directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and produced by Yash Raj Films. The film is based on Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan’s life. It also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, Manav Vij, Ali Fazal and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles. Akshay Kumar took to his social media and unveiled the teaser and also revealed the release date, which is on January 21, 2022.

In the teaser, we can see Akshay Kumar fighting in the battlefield and someone in the background is explaining about Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan, who knew no fear and fought for his country and shows his bravery in the battlefield. It also shows that how hundreds of senas (Soldiers) were ready to lay their lives for Prithviraj Chauhan on his one call. We also get to see the royal lifestyle of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. Sonu Sood and Sanjay Dutt also appear in the video and Manushi Chhillar appears as Prithviraj’s wife.
After the massive hit of ‘Sooryavanshi’ post pandemic in theatres, ‘Prithviraj’s teaser is making the audience expect a lot from Akshay Kumar.
