Bollywood is a place of where stars are affectionately given names by their ‘fans’ for the work they do on screen. If Shah Rukh Khan is known as ‘Baadhshah’, Amitabh Bachchan as ‘Shahenshah’ and Salman Khan as ‘Bhai’, our very own Akshay Kumar is known as ‘Khiladi’.
The name came to him since the time he started doing movies with the name ‘Khiladi’ where he would do extremely difficult action packed scenes and with ease, courtesy of his background of martual arts. And since then, he has made it a habit to become one of the greatest and fittest action stars of all time in Bollywood.
Be it high kicks or long runs or big and risky jumps, Akshay became Akshay because of the bravery and grit displayed when it came to pulling off those stunts. A lot has to do with his natural fit regime and his naturally fit body which he maintains successfully. This is the main reason why he can keep up to that level of fitness even around his 50s.
Just a few days back, Akshay had set himself on fire in a promotion event in front of the media about which his wife had no idea about. Twinkle Khanna undoubtedly was miffed with Akshay’s madness. But this time again on the sets of ‘Sooryavanshi’, Akshay has done something which made Twinkle angry again. As he posted a picture of him hanging from a helicopter on Twitter.
What is good to see is Akshay’s awareness towards society due to which he didn’t forget to tell others not to try it by themselves. Although Akshay has thankfully pulled if off really nicely, the thing looks damn dangerous.
