Ajay Devgn, who is known for his intense acting in various films, today celebrated twenty-one years of his iconic film, ‘The Legend Of Bhagat Singh’ (2002). The film traces the life of Bhagat Singh, the numerous obstacles he faced and how he become one of the most fearless and celebrated freedom fighters of the country.
The Rajkumar Santoshi directorial underperformed at the box office despite the positive reviews. The film later on went on to win two National Film Awards in the category of Best Feature Film in Hindi and Best Actor for Ajay Devgn.
Since ‘The Legend Of Bhagat Singh’ completed twenty-one years today on June 7, Ajay took to Twitter and shared a video while recalling his memories from the sets. In the video, the actor mentioned how Bhagat Singh’s brother used to visit the sets and share stories of his brother’s acts of bravery which just melted their hearts.
Ajay captioned the video and wrote, “A character that stayed with me even 21 years after the credits rolled.”

Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn was last seen in his own directorial, ‘Bholaa’ (2023). The film was below average at the box office. However, Ajay Devgn’s direction was praised in this film. He will be next seen in ‘Maidaan’ followed by ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’, ‘Singham Again’ and an untitled thriller co-starring R Madhavan.
