Ajay Devgn has always been a responsible citizen and a role model for all Indians. The actor who has always exemplified his cop role in movies with panache and even more so in the recent ‘Singham’ movie series was the obvious choice for Mumbai Police as a face for this initiative.
Devgn has launched a video today from the Police Commissioner’s office urging citizens about safe banking. The first in a series of various videos to be rolled out for Public Service Campaigns spreads awareness on tackling the rampant issue of fraudulent bank callers.
Commenting on this initiative Ajay Devgn said, “I have been tracking Mumbai Police’s digital campaigns on Twitter and needless to say, I too, am amongst the millions who has been extremely impressed by it. I am humbled and honoured to extend my support to Mumbai Police to combat law and order issues of my city and country.
