Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3 Quick Movie Review

In this third installment, Jimmy Sheirgill and Mahie Gill’s performances are satisfactory. However, Sanjay Dutt’s acting is pathetic and he fails to deliver a convincing performance as a gangster as he cannot get into the skin of the ‘bhai’. Kabir Bedi, Nafisa Ali, Chitrangada Singh, Deepak Tijori and six new girls do not contribute much. The story is very badly written, the screenplay is horrible and there is no novelty to the plot. How can an Indian murder a UK citizen and without any conviction, he is deported to India? What a creative piece of writing! Even though there are a lot of characters, they are mostly confusing and they don’t leave any meaningful impact to the drama. At some places, the dialogues are clap worthy and surprisingly, the second half is better. The first half is tedious and tests the audience’s patience. The less said about the editing (Pravin Angre), the better. The film also misses the mark in creating the 70s era. Music is a big letdown; one item number and another Sanjay Dutt’s romantic song are unnecessarily forced. Director Tigmanshu Dhulia disappoints and this film leaves a big question mark for his career ahead.
