Paramount Pictures has recently decided to delay the release of the much awaited upcoming films ‘Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts’ and ‘Star Trek 4’. According to few reports, ‘Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts’ was about to release on June 24, 2022, but it has got delayed and it’s going to release on June 9, 2023. On the other hand, ‘Star Trek 4’ was about to release on June 9, 2023, but now it’s going to release on December 22, 2023.
Actor Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback and Luna Lauren Vélez are starring in the film ‘Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts’ and it is directed by Steven Caple Jr. ‘Transformers’ film franchise has always been commercially successful for Paramount Pictures. The first part ‘Transformers’ was released in 2007 and it starred Shia LaBeouf. Then one after one parts have released such as ‘Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen’ was released in 2009, then ‘Transformers: Dark Of The Moon’ was released in 2011, then ‘Transformers: Age Of Extinction’ was released in 2014, the ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ was released in 2017 and then ‘Transformers: Bumblebee’ was released in 2018.
Meanwhile, ‘Star Trek’ film franchise was first released in 2009, then ‘Star Trek Into The Darkness’ released in 2013 and ‘Star Trek Beyond’ was released in 2016. The first two parts of the film was both produced and directed by J.J.Abrams and the last part was directed by Justin Lin and produced by J.J.Abrams. Now, the upcoming fourth part of the film’s direction duties are getting handled by Marvel Studios’ ‘WandaVision’ (2021) director Matt Shakeman.
