As we continue to fight Covid-19 in India, the battle is just getting intense in equal interval. While we all were stranded in the constraints of our homes, yet again due to Covid-19, Bollywood was no exception. One movie out of many have faced the wrath is the Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham starrer ‘Pathan’.
Shah Rukh Khan will be returning to the big screen after three years. He was last seen in director Aanand L. Rai’s ‘Zero’ (2018).
‘Pathan’ is directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Yash Raj Films. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen as a secret agent and Deepika Padukone will be seen as the female lead and John Abraham will be seen in a negative role in this film.
It has been reported that the schedule of ‘Pathan’ shoot will happen overseas. The film will have some scenes in Russia, some will take place in Finland. According to various reports, the crew will also shoot a few action sequences in Dubai.
Besides Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, ‘Pathan’ also stars Salman Khan in the role of ‘Tiger’. Both superstars coming together in this film has significantly enhanced its buzz.
Since, ‘Pathan’ is eyeing a 2022 release, a theatre release is almost certain and a blockbuster opening is expected. The shooting of ‘Pathan’ started in November last year. Recently composer duo Vishal-Shekhar has confirmed being part of the project. It just couldn’t get any bigger.
